Account Executive / Account Clerk

  • Account payable

  • Account Receivable

  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.

  • Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.

  • Managing petty cash transactions.

  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.

  • Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.

Sales Executive

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Sales Clerk

  • Delivery Order

  • Sales Invoice

  • Sales Report

  • Stock report

  • Coordinate and arrangement of delivery.

  • Coordinate with service department for installation and schedule.

  • Sales quotation.


  • Responsible for installation, configuration as well as to perform troubleshooting, maintenance and support for Garage Equipment

  • To provide hands-on technical support

  • Responsible to undertake special duties which may assign by Manager

  • Able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays if the job is required

  • Able to travel outstation.

Store Keeper / Store assistant

  • Manage store / inventory

  • Loading / unloading container

  • Provide monthly stock reports

  • Able to drive forklift

  • Upkeep warehouse

  • Coordinate with office admin team for daily delivery schedule


Basic salary + Travelling allowances + Overtime+ Bonus.

Medical cards and medical allowances

5 1/2 days per week.

Local and oversea training.
